Say Howdy to our Smokin' Hot Sauces

Say Howdy to our Smokin' Hot Sauces - Gilley's Food & Beverage

A bottle of hot sauce has always been within arm's reach at meal time.  I'm always trying to add some heat to whatever I'm eating.  It doesn't really matter which meal either, from breakfast to dinner, hot sauce is always being added.  So naturally one of the items I've always wanted to add to our product line has been hot sauce.  Please say howdy to our Smokin' Hot Sauce line.

I had a flavor profile in mind and found a co-packer that could make my vision a reality.  Also I wanted different flavors such as a jalapeno, and one with ghost peppers.  Eventually i narrowed it down and came up with four wonderful pepper sauce profiles.

Gilley's Original Smokin' Hot Sauce has more flavor then heat.  This unique sauce is perfect on pretty much anything.

Gilley's Rustic Reserve Smokin' Hot Sauce has a combination of cayenne pepper and garlic for a mild heat and a little sweet finish.  This sauce is great on burgers, chicken tenders, and Tex Mex.

Gilley's Jalapeno Punch Smokin' Hot Sauce has that great jalapeno flavor we all love.  It's my go to for breakfast and tacos.

Gilley's Wild Bull Hot Smokin' Hot Sauce brings the heat with Jolokia ghost peppers among others.  This sauce pairs quite well with a bowl of Gilley's Wild Bull Chili.  Caution these contents are Hot Hot Hot!

Once I had the sauces in production I knew that I needed to name them.  For inspiration I took the name of Mickey's first album from Playboy Records.  Mickey Gilley's Smokin'

Gilley's Smokin' Album

This album is one of Mickey's best.  From the first song "Don't the Girl's All Get Prettier at Closing Time, to the last "I'll Fly Away." it's a thoroughly enjoyable experience.  Pairs well with an ice cold Gilley's Beer and a bowl of Chicharróns dipped in your favorite Gilley's Smokin' Hot Sauce.  Cheers!
