Gilley’s was once the world’s largest honkytonk. It grew into an icon and became ingrained in the DNA of Texas. Wild Bull Chili was served nightly and it paired well with an ice cold Gilley’s beer. Today we continue the Gilley's brand by making the chili, beer and other great tasting products.
