I used the Gilley's chili mix with ground lamb and I added in some toasted pine nuts for texture and a little cayenne for heat. I avoid bread these days, so I had some fancy crackers on the side. My friends and I agreed. Excellent and easy. There will be more.

Gilley's Wild Bull Chili Seasoning Mix is good stuff! I always add green peppers, sweet onions, spicy red chili beans, and diced tomatoes to the chili I make so mine will probably be different than yours. The mix was good but really came to life when I added the extras to it.

While the flavor is great the packet I opened was so hot spice wise that my mouth hurt for two days. If you don't like super hot pepper this one isn't going to work.
